Amanda joined the All Web team in 2007 fresh out of college. She studied Graphic Design and started out with All Web Promotion doing just that. She has since moved into Yahoo! Store Design, Website Design, and Photography. Her Graphics background gives her a unique perspective on Website Design. When she isn’t working, Amanda loves spending time with her family and working on various art projects.
Brandi is a graduate of DeVry University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Information Systems. Her years of knowledge and experience have made her quite the expert on all things to do with web design. When it comes to coding, she is amazingly quick and thorough, which has allowed us to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and even ourselves!
Matt is a talented self-taught artist, graphic designer, and website programmer. His ability to train himself and adapt with new technologies has made him a true asset to our team. He is always sharing new and creative ideas while helping to expand All Web Promotion’s programming capabilities onto new platforms. Matt is also a musician and paranormal investigator.
Alan brings to the All Web staff 25 years of programming experience and is able to program in several languages including Javascript, PHP and Basic. He develops many of our custom scripts and RTML programming our clients use to enhance and expand their stores. He also explores his creative side as a talented musician.
Jessica is responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies on behalf of our clients. Her attention to detail and professional experience make her an asset to our team. Jessica studied graphic and web design which has allowed her to play an integral role in our company’s graphic design efforts. She loves to travel and some of her favorite destinations include Colorado, Niagara Falls, and Mexico.
Karl is Vice President of Search Marketing, and oversees the development and growth of our website marketing division as well as managing many of the company's day-to-day operations. He is a graduate of Illinois Valley Community College (IVCC), where he studied graphic and web site design. Karl is passionate about his family, cooking, baseball, and cigars.
As a Pay Per Click account manager, Doneida has applied her strong background in online retail comparison and analysis to develop new marketing strategies. These strategies have helped our clients expand their businesses beyond their expected goals. Additionally, she has strong organizational skills that have helped us revamp and streamline our managing style for the better. Doneida enjoys spending her spare time with family as well as baking, crafting and other fun DIY projects.
Martin is responsible for coding & collecting statistics for many of the email campaigns that end up on All Web Email's desk. Starting his career in All Web Promotion's Web Development department, Martin proved to be a talented programmer and was promoted into the Email Marketing department late 2009. Martin enjoys the unique coding challenge Email Campaigns can bring and is an excellent compliment to the All Web Email Team. On his free time, Martin enjoys terrible horror movies, not so terrible music (if you ask him), and loud arguments about cartoons.
There's HTML, then there's email HTML... Hal specializes in the unique requirements of coding emails so that they render correctly in the hostile environment of 'non-standardized' and ever (d)evolving email readers. This discipline is sink or swim in the industry and all of his skills matured from endless in-house R&D and testing. But email coding is just the end to the design mean, he also works closely with our clients to adopt their email marketing and design requirements to the email ad copy. Currently he is head of the production department and oversees the design and programming of the other team members.
Co-founding All Web Promotion in 1999, Michael has taken an idea and created it into the successful business it is now. Keeping up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques, he has expanded the company from offering only Search Engine Optimization to also include the array of additional services we offer today. He is an active member of the community, an elected school board member, a volunteer firefighter and is also a proud husband and father of five!
Denise acts as the sort of backbone for the company. Her unique military background has helped our company stay organized and running smoothly each and every day. She has a great eye for detail that has made her the ideal person for handling everything from all aspects of accounting to office management.
